Santa Monica and West Los Angeles’s top Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai programs are found under one roof at Robot BJJ, Muay Thai and MMA. Formerly the UCLA BJJ Team, Robot opened its doors in early 2009. Robot is part of Lotus Club BJJ run by the legendary Giva Santana (4th Degree Black Belt). Robot’s head instructor Tim Peterson is an accomplished instructor and competitor and all Robot primary instructors are UCLA graduates and accomplished teachers, students and competitors.

Whether you are interested in competitive fighting, real self-defense, or singular exercise and conditioning, Robot has it all. In addition, we pride ourselves on being a close knit community where we are friends on and off the mat and people of all colors, ages and orientations are welcomed.
